Provide the username and hostname for the Oracle Responsys SFTP.

Do not share the SFTP password. Your Implementation Team will authenticate into the SFTP using SSH key. Our public key(s) will be shared with you shortly after receiving the username and hostname.

Provide your Oracle Responsys Interact Environment POD number.(optional)

If you do not know this number, then you can skip this question or enter N/A.

Provide the timezone configured in your Oracle Responsys environment.

Provide the name of the Profile List that you use for your production email campaigns, along with the name of the folder where it is located within Responsys.

Provide the From Name(s) you'd like to use on Da Vinci campaigns. Using an asterisk, indicate which From Name you'd like to be configured as the Default.

Has SFMC Root SFTP Access been provided? (Do not share these credentials through email or this form).

In addition to the SFMC user, Movable Ink Da Vinci requires access to the SMFC Root SFTP Server to extract contact event data (send logs, unsubscribe logs, etc). Typically, root access to the SFMC SFTP is granted by sharing the existing credentials. Do not share these credentials through email or this form. Your Implementation Team may have already shared a secure Dropbox folder for the transmission of secrets. Please share the hostname, username, and password in this secure Dropbox folder. If the Dropbox folder has not been shared, please get in touch with your Implementation Team for next steps.
